At ConfluenceAssistants, we have a six stage recruitment process that includes simulations, competency based questions and multiple stages of in-depth screening. It’s the commitment to our process that ensures we select only the best for your team.

We use a multi-channel approach to guarantee you results. Aside from active headhunting, We find and attract and nurture talent on an ongoing basis, allowing you access to Top Talent when it matters.

Screening

Upon identifying the right talent based on your needs, we will have a quick phone call with them to make sure they have the right skills for your requirements.

Tell Me About Yourself

If a candidate’s skills seem inline with your requirements, we will get them to complete an unlisted video telling us about them, why they think they are a good fit for your requirements and how they are currently applying their skills necessary for your position. This will also give us an understandiing of culture fit and a test of commitment to your position.

Competency based Interview 

After screening all the relevant videos, we will then handpick the most suitable candidates and conduct an in depth video interview with them. This is done by one of our experienced recruiters and adds an extra layer to guaranteeing you the best talent on the market.

The Simulation

For technical positions and/or candidates that have successfully passed the last 3 rounds, we will conduct a practical test that simulates an “on the job” experience. This quickly confirms whether the candidate is up to the mark, eliminating the risk of onboarding them and finding out the hard way!

The Onboarding

Upon successful simulation, this is the big day. You will meet with your new team member and we will be right there with you to ensure a smooth integration into your team.

Aftercare Placement Service

Throughout the tenure of your team member, we will provide ongoing support and are here to help out every step of the way. We also love feedback and will be in touch frequently to make sure you are still happy with the team members productivity and address any concerns should there be an issue.
